Drivers License
California drivers are required to have a California drivers license (DL) in order to operate a motor vehicle on California roads. The process of obtaining a California driver’s license begins with the completion of a written exam, followed by a skills test.
Once the written and skills tests have been passed, the applicant must then pay the required fees and submit proof of California residency. Once the application has been processed, the applicant will be issued a California driver’s license. California drivers are required to renew their license every four years. The renewal process requires the completion of an application, payment of the required fees, and submission of proof of California residency. California drivers may also be required to take a vision test when renewing their license. For more California DMV Drivers Licence information please visit www.dmv.ca.gov

Types of California License
In California, there are three different types of California driver’s licenses that you can apply for: a Class C license, a Class M license, or a Class CM license. A Class C license is the most common type of license and allows you to operate a vehicle under 26,000 pounds.
A Class M California Drivers License is required to operate a motorcycle, and a Class CM license is required to operate a motorized bicycle. If you’re not sure which type of license you need, you can always visit the California DMV website or give them a call. Either way, make sure you have all the necessary documentation before heading to the DMV so that you can get your license as quickly as possible.

DMV Drivers License Renewal
California drivers need to renew their California Drivers License every four years. The process is simple: just fill out an application and submit it to the California DMV. You'll need to include your name, address, and driver’s license number. You may also need to provide proof of insurance. Once your application is processed, you'll receive a new license in the mail. If you move to a new address, be sure to update your license so that it reflects your current address. And that's all there is to it!
